Our first-ever Gin is a modern expression of a timeless spirit, distilled in small batches from estate-grown wine grapes and infused with a curated selection of premium botanicals. It all begins with a clean, neutral grape-based spirit sourced from Vineyards in California. From there, we layered in our proprietary blend of juniper, coriander, cardamom, lemon peel, cucumber, peppercorn and angelica root—each chosen for purity, balance, and complexity.
The result is a crisp, three-dimensional gin defined by bright juniper, cooling botanicals, and warm spice. Fresh notes of pine and rosemary unfold into zesty citrus, mellow cucumber, woody peppercorn, and subtly sweet spice, finishing with a soft earthy depth from angelica root. This is a versatile gin crafted for the modern palate, produced in limited quantities and built on a foundation of estate craftsmanship.
